We understand that travel plans can change. The exact cancellation terms for your Bhutan tour are provided in writing with your quotation and booking confirmation.
How to cancel your booking
Please contact us as soon as possible by email at onlinebhutan@gmail.com or by phone or WhatsApp at +975 17 792 453. A cancellation is recorded when we confirm receipt of your written request.
Cancellation charges
Charges depend on your travel dates and the conditions applied by hotels, airlines, guides and other suppliers. Any non-refundable or already-paid supplier costs will be explained in your quotation or booking confirmation. We will tell you the applicable amount before completing a cancellation.
Refunds
When a refund is due, it will be returned using the agreed payment method after recoverable supplier funds have been received. Bank or payment-provider fees and currency differences may affect the final amount. Processing times vary by supplier and payment channel.
Changes made by suppliers
Flight schedules, weather, road conditions and local events can require itinerary changes. We will work with you and the relevant supplier to arrange a practical alternative. Any supplier-specific refund or rebooking rules will apply.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, medical care and emergency evacuation. Please check the policy wording and coverage for Bhutan before booking.
